Production
The raw beans are washed, selected and tested before being roasted. The exact roasting point is essential for the aroma and the taste at the moment of consumption. The coffee beans then rest in silos for 24-48 hours to optimize the final result. Beans are then tightly sealed in packages to maintain our espresso fresh and aromatic up to the final consumer. Blends The “espresso way” is the most complete method to obtain and exalt taste and aroma from roasted coffee beans. |
